There is no perfect diet for a parrot, but if you base your food choices on what they would find their natural habitat and add in some high quality parrot pellets, then you cannot go wrong. Your parrot's diet should be a composition of pellets, seeds, fresh vegetables and fruits. Fruits are the most delicious food for parrots, but the fruit seeds need to be removed before serving because the seeds can be toxic. Here is a non-exhaustive list of fruits parrots like:

They also really enjoy vegetables, including:

You should NEVER feed the following food to your parrot:

cocoa chocolate guacamole avocado mushrooms alcohol caffeine

Good food is the key to keeping your bird lively and happy and if you love your parrot and have a sense of responsibility to your parrot, then surely you will provide her with a balanced diet.
