Now this simple recipe can be altered and changed according to your taste. Mix two cups of milk with one tablespoon of honey. Chunked and froze two bananas for two three hours.

Now blend the milk with this frozen bananas in a blender until, it becomes fine and smooth. Now within this mixture add six slices of pineapple and honey. Fill your glass with crushed ice and now pour the juice and serve it cold. This drink also can be replaced with some blueberries. What you have to do is simply mix one cup of fresh blueberries with one cup of vanilla yogurt and six slices of pineapples. Crushed few pineapple slices and store the juice aside. Now pour some the smooth mixture of pineapple and blueberries that you have made in a glass and then from above add some fresh pineapple juice, then again pour the mixture from above, and serve this blueberry pineapple smoothie to your guest. It is very easy to made and time consuming.

All you have to do is to freeze two cups of pineapple slices and then you have to mix one cup of orange juice with one cup of vanilla yogurt and half cup of milk and mix them thoroughly. Now blend all of the ingredients in a blender smoothly and serve them cold, you can garnish them if desired with some orange wedges or mint leaves.
